Description	As a growing retail store operation with store locations in central and northeast Iowa, we are excited to have the opportunity to add to our management staff. We're offering Assistant Manager opportunities for people who enjoy helping others, who find satisfaction in going out of their way to be of service, people who are willing to work hard and who have a sincere desire to succeed. Our product lines include agricultural, electrical, hardware, sporting goods, clothing, automotive products, plumbing, home improvement, etc. Position includes approx. 12 week paid training program preparing individual for duties and responsibilities needed to assist store manager in daily operations of running store. Relocation is a strong possibility depending on individual store needs. Applicants should possess a business-related degree or a minimum of one year related experience.
